Salem Rashid Al Noaimi

Having managed assignments with the UAE Central Bank and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, Mr. Al Noaimi has an extensive investment banking background and executive experience in the UAE, as well as exposure to the private sector, where he has worked for companies such as Kraft Foods. Mr. Al Noaimi is a UAE national with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business from the Northeastern University in Boston, USA.

Sana Khater
CFO
Ms Khater has more than 20 years of diversified financial experience in the banking and financial services industries. This includes 12 years of international experience with organizations based in Canada, as well as 10 years in the Gulf region with prominent financial institutions. Ms Khater has joined NBK Capital from NBK, where she was the CFO and Acting Co-head of Asset Management in the Investment Banking, Private Equity and Treasury Group. Ms Khater is a certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a certified Management Accountant (CMA), earned at McGill University, Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and MBA from the American University of Beirut.
Wael Aburida
Director of M&A, Waha Capital
Mr. Aburida has 17 years of experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, equity research, finance and management. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Business from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois, USA and an M.A. in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Hazem Saeed Al-Nowais

During 12 years working in the fields of construction, design management and real estate development, Mr. Al-Nowais has held senior positions with organizations such as Aldar Properties PJSC, the Abu Dhabi Public Works Department and the Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company. Mr. Al-Nowais earned an M.A. in Architecture, as well as a B.A., from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia, USA. He received the Sheikh Rashid Award for Academic Excellence in 1997 and is a member of the Tau Sigma Delta National Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts (USA).
